CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Camp check-in takes place at the Navy/Marine Corps Football Stadium between 4:00 and 4:30pm. Campers will be bused from the stadium to dorm after checking in. Family are welcome to drop off or accompany their camper. 

Full details will be included in your confirmation packet upon registration.

For campers traveling alone, we offer a curbside shuttle from BWI Airport and BWI Amtrak Station (pre-registration required!). BWI Airport pick-up is at 3:30pm and the BWI Amtrak pick-up is at 3:45pm. Flights must arrive no later than 3:00pm and trains no later than 3:20pm!

Campers and their luggage will be bused to the stadium for official camper check-out at Navy/Marine Corps Football Stadium between 12:45 and 1pm. All campers must be picked up by a parent or guardian by no later than 1pm!

For campers traveling home alone, we offer a shuttle to BWI Airport and BWI Amtrak Station. The shuttle will leave by no later than 12:45pm from the USNA. Please schedule flights for no earlier than 3:30pm and trains no earlier than 2:30pm to allow time for security and possible traffic. Please note that this is a curbside service -- camp staff will accompany campers on the shuttle but will not escort them inside!
