CANCELLATION POLICY

 Camp Registrations

• Up until 2 weeks prior to the start of your camp, refunds will be issued minus a $50 cancellation fee (plus the $15 non-refundable credit card processing fee).
• Cancellations less than 2 weeks out from the start of your camp will be refunded at 50% (plus the $15 non-refundable credit card processing fee). 
• Cancellations within 24 hours of your camp’s check-in and/or early departures for any reason will not be refunded.

Shuttle Reservations

Camp shuttle fees can be refunded up until 1 week prior to your camp start. If you incurred a $15 credit card fee with your shuttle registration, please note that that fee is non-refundable and only the shuttle fees can be returned. 

ALL cancellations – camp and/or shuttle --must be reported in writing to our Navy Rowing Camp staff at navycamps@gmail.com.

Cancellations will not be accepted via telephone.
