For campers traveling alone, we offer curbside service shuttle from/to BWI Airport and BWI Amtrak Station on check-in and check-out days.
This is a separate shuttle from the one running from the Navy/Marine Corps Football Stadium for campers being dropped off by parents (that shuttle is available to all and does not require any pre-registration).
Each camp offers curbside shuttle service to/from BWI Airport and BWI Amtrak, but pre-registration and payment at least 1 week prior to the start of your camp is required (if we do not have campers registered, we will cancel the bus).
Flight/train details are not needed to book, but will be needed by 1 week out from your camp start. Please register for pick-up and/or drop-off using the link below.
Our shuttle service costs $20/way and can be purchased at the time of registration or added later (up until 1 week prior to your camp start).
We are unable to participate in neither the airlines' nor trains' unaccompanied minor programs, so campers must be able to navigate the airport/train station independently for both pick-up and drop-off. For arrival day, campers arriving at BWI Airport will be met inside the airport, but outside of security (the specific location is detailed in your confirmation packet and will also be emailed prior to arrival), but all other pick-up/drop-off service will be curbside and camp staff will not be able to sign off on any unaccompanied minor paperwork.
Flights should arrive by no later than 3pm to allow for adequate time to pick up luggage and make it to our designated pick-up point located outside of security. A camp staff member will meet campers there by 3:30pm and escort them to our camp shuttle for transfer to the dorm. Camp check-in will take place on the shuttle. Additional instructions for travel day will be communicated the week prior to camp, including the name and contact information of the camp staff member to expect at pick-up.
Trains should arrive no later than 3:20pm to allow adequate time to get to the main entrance/exit of the BWI Amtrak Train Station (please note, this is a small train station easy to navigate). A camp staff member will meet campers outside of the train station by 3:45pm for transfer to the dorm. Camp check-in will take place on the shuttle. Additional instructions for travel day will be communicated the week prior to camp, including the name and contact information of the camp staff member to expect at pick-up.
Our camp shuttle will depart the Naval Yard by no later than 12:45pm. Flights should depart no earlier than 3:30pm to allow time for check-in and security, as well as possible traffic to the airport. Campers will be dropped off curbside as close to their departing airline's desk as possible.

We only offer service to/from BWI AIRPORT and BWI AMTRAK. Please make sure to double-check your itinerary! (Special note: Penn Station is not the same as BWI Amtrak and we do not do pick-ups/drop-offs there!)

As flight delays are inevitable, we always recommend booking an early flight. It’s better to have a little extra time at the airport or train station than to stress over being late!
However, if your delays are significant, we will coordinate a pickup from the airport for you by one of our camp staff. Please note that we will only do this for *delayed* flights -- if you choose a flight that arrives later than 3pm or a train arriving later than 3:20pm, it is up to the camper and their family to arrange for alternate transportation to camp (and the camper would then need to be able to make it in time for stadium check-in between 4 and 4:30pm. The airport is roughly 40 minutes from the stadium).
Our camp check-in windows align, but please expect to check in separately once you reach BWI as our camps operate separate shuttles.
For departure, our camp checks out later than than the Boys' Crew Camp and an early check out from our camp will not work with our schedule as we race while the boys are traveling back to the airport/train station. You can make plans to meet up at the airport/train station for a flight/train later in the day, or plan to travel separately home.
Campers comfortable traveling by Uber or Lyft can make their way to our main check-in location at the football stadium. An Uber/Lyft from BWI would start around $50. Please see details for that check-in point here.
If your camper chooses to travel by Uber or Lyft on check-out day, pick-up should be coordinated from the football stadium as car services are not able to drive onto the Naval Yard. Please see our stadium check-out details here.
