Payment Instructions

Please note that a minimum of 2 seasons of on-the-water rowing/coxing experience is required for our June 8-12 week and campers must be entering at least 9th grade. (Our later two weeks have no experience requirement. Campers must be entering at least 8th grade.)

Discounts


We offer a sibling discount for families sending more than one camper to our Navy Rowing Camp for Girls: the first Navy Girls' Rowing camper is full price and each additional Navy Girls' Rowing camper is discounted $100. This discount will be applied in the form of a refund back to your original payment method; please contact us via email at navycamps@gmail.com to request your discount.


This discount only applies to multiple registrations for *this* camp -- not for siblings attending the Navy Boys' Crew Camp or other Navy Sports Camps.

IMPORTANT: Please complete your APPLICATION prior to submitting payment to confirm your desired week of camp is still open. We will not be able to refund our $15 credit card processing fee if you pay for a spot that is not open / you are not eligible for. 

Cancellation Policy


  • Up until 2 weeks prior to the start of your camp, refunds will be issued minus a $50 cancellation fee (plus the non-refundable $15 credit card processing fee)
  • Cancellations less than 2 weeks out from the start of camp will be refunded at 50% (plus the non-refundable $15 credit card processing fee)
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of your camp's check-in and early departures for any reason will not be refunded


All cancellations must be requested in writing to our Navy Rowing Camp staff at navycamps@gmail.com. Cancellations will not be accepted over the phone. 

Camp Payments

Click on your camp's payment link below to complete your registration fee via our secure Navy Athletics payment site. A $15 non-refundable credit card processing fee is added to all Navy Sports Camps.


Please make sure you click on the correct camp dates as space is limited in each session! Payment links will be removed as camps fill.

Notes

  • If registering for multiple camps, you need only pay one $15 credit card fee as long as you pay for them at the same time. To do so, click on one of the camp payment links and add the camp to your cart with the camper's name. Then open the second camp up in a new tab in the same browser and repeat the process of adding to cart with the camper's name. Your cart should then reflect the two (or more) camps with only one $15 credit card fee. (These directions can be used for purchasing multiple Girls' Rowing Camps, as well as combining with other Navy Sports Camps.)
  • If you have not previously created an account through the Navy Ticket Office site, you will need to create one to complete your registration. Completing an application through our site is a separate, unlinked process.

Camp Cost  $1295


​​The $1295 camp tuition includes all coaching, seminars, housing, meals (Sunday dinner through breakfast on check-out day), Navy Rowing Camp t-shirt, supervision, camp shuttle service to/from BWI Airport and Amtrak station (pre-registration required), and a one-of-a-kind experience at the Naval Academy. Our camps check in late Sunday afternoon and check out Thursday just prior to lunch.​


Payment for open seats is required at the time of application to secure your spot. If you do not see a payment link for an open session, it will be emailed to you shortly after submitting your application as long as we still have space in that camp; otherwise your name will be added to the waiting list and will be contact with information on your placement.
