Application Instructions 

1. Please review our participation requirements prior to selecting your week of camp:

• Prior Experience:
  
  • June 8-12 - campers must have at least 2 seasons of the on-the-water rowing/coxing by the start of camp
    
  • June 15-19 - ALL experience levels welcome (including learn-to-row!)
  • June 22-26 - ALL experience levels welcome (including learn-to-row!)
• Age/Grade: campers must be between ages 13-18 AND
  
  • June 8-12 - campers must be at least rising 9th graders
    
  • June 15-19 - campers must be at least rising 8th graders
    
  • June 22-26 - campers must be at least rising 8th graders
    
  • For all weeks - we welcome campers who will have just completed their 12th grade year but have not yet matriculated to college

2. Complete your application. Allow at least 15 minutes for application completion and be prepared to provide:

• Camper, parent, and emergency contact information
  
• Health insurance (including policy number), allergy, and medical history information
  
• Parent/guardian digital signatures for medical & photo releases
  
• For campers with prior rowing/coxing experience -- sport history, 2k time, and side preference (for this reason, we strongly urge parents to complete this application with their camper!)

3. Submit your $1295 registration fee on our payment page immediately after completing application. Applications not matched with a payment within 24 hours will be cancelled. 

If you are applying for spot that is wait list only, please do not pay at this time as we do not hold payments for wait listed spots. Instead, if a spot becomes available, you will be notified via email with payment instructions (and payment will then be expected within 48 hours to secure the offered seat). ​

Thank you for your interest in our 2025 summer camps! Prior to completing your application, please make sure to read the following important information to avoid forfeiting any registration fees:

Food Allergies/Special Diets: Due to the nature of the Naval Academy’s dining hall (where food allergies and special dietary requirements may serve as disqualification from consideration for naval service), we are unable to provide allergy or special diet (e.g. gluten-free, vegetarian) accommodations at our camps. If you require special meals, please do not proceed with your application and read up on our full policy here.
